I am on an all-out search for the best chocolate chip cookie recipe. I am definitely trying these. Do you think you could add oatmeal for part of the flour with successful results?
I wouldn't mess with them. I usually like oatmeal too, but I would make the original and then decide if you want to try them with oatmeal.
