Thank you for posting these recipes. My family is going to be thrilled to have some new items on the weeknight menus. One question. Where did you find ancho chilli powder?
You'll have to find dried ancho chiles. They are usually in the produce section or the international foods section. Then use a spice grinder or a coffee bean grinder to turn it into a powder. I have a few different recipes that call for it, so I borrow a friend's and stock up. I'll hook you up Kris.
