Recipe found in Favorites: A Collection of Favorite Ivory Family Recipes.
Ingredients:
2 c butter
2 c sugar
2 c brown sugar
4 eggs
2 t vanilla
4 c flour
1 t salt
2 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
5 c old-fashioned oats, ground to flour in a food processor or blender
2 (11 1/2 ounce) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
8-ounce milk chocolate Hershey bar, crushed or 1 (11 1/2 -ounce) package milk chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts, optional
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix in flour, salt, soda, powder and ground oats, then gently stir in chocolate and nuts.
Roll into balls with a cookie scoop and bake on greased cookie sheets for 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

KQ- I want you to know that I use a ton of your recipes for my KQ inspired meal rotation. Thanks my friend for basically feeding my family. Also, I just got the Martha Everyday Food cookbook (based off the mini-mag I'm sure you know) and it has some really tasty fast recipes. Just thought I'd throw the recommendation out there.
