Goat Cheese Chicken Breasts

Marinade Chicken breasts in any Honey Dijon Marinade (I use Lawrys).  Grill, bake, broil, whatever you like really.

Put goat cheese, roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts on the chicken and serve.
