St. Patty, Eat Your Heart Out

Here is this week's menu.  I thought about a Saint Patrick's Day menu, and I hate to insult my ancestors, but Irish food?  Yuck.  Sorry.  Please don't send hate mail.  Instead, enjoy this 3rd generation Irish American meal.

Wait a minute, I thought you liked the Guinness Stew we had to celebrate last St. Patrick's day!?

All I have to say is that I made a corned beef roast thing a couple years ago that I was so excited about because all roasts are yummy, but it was the sickest thing I've ever made. This menu looks much better :)

Touche Kristin. It turns out I do like Guinness Stew. I was thinking more along the lines of boiled potatoes, cabbage and dry bread.

Way to go on the plethora of posts! I love this salad, it is just like my grandmas, but with the added sprouts. Interesting... I might have to try it! Is it really grilling season? Is it really allowed??
