Valentine's Day

Abram and I made a deal when I found out how much flowers cost on Valentines Day.  No gifts, no nothin'.  We just spend all the money on really good food.  We stay in so that we don't have to worry about crowds or babysitters and we eat the night away.

I couldn't decide on a dessert, so I just figured I'd give you the choice of two.  Both are chocolate because I don't think you should be allowed to celebrate Valentine's day without it.

Glad you are back to posting more delicious meals! I needed some more inspiration for dinners. I'm pretty sure we will be having the same meal on Valentine's day. This looks delicious!

I love your blog! I love all of your yummy recipes-the best part-I know that they are tried and loved before passing on.
I have a question, since you are a much better cook than I, I was hoping that you could help me.
My sister and I have been doing freezer meals for the past month or so. We love it, and it really saves on the time factor.
I was wondering if you could help me out with any yummy recipes that would freeze well and are kid friendly. I appreciate your help in advance. Thanks so much.

You are my hero! So glad you are back in action. Hopefully I will someday see that my kitchen gets some action too.

Hey Tausha,

That's a great idea for a post. For right now, if you look for these posts, they all freeze well:

honey lime enchiladas
stacked enchiladas
Easy chicken cordon blue
Paula Dean's Spaghetti Sauce
Amy's Delight
