I just came over from Melanie's blog. I knew if Melanie loved your recipes I would too as I love just about everything Melanie posts! I have made these potatoes numerous times and they are great! I am so glad I found you! My kids gave me a panini maker for my birthday last year and can't wait to try some of your combinations.
