Chicken Cashew

2 chicken breasts
4 oz. cashews
3 green onions, cut into pieces
Cut chicken into strips.  Set aside.

2 TB Soy sauce
1/4 t sugar
1 TB cornstarch

Heat wok to 375 (high).  Pour in 2 TB veg oil.  Add green onions.  As they turn darker green add chicken and sauce and cook for about 2 minutes.  Serve hot with rice.
